Shaina Neely - Clinic Director
APRN, MSN, FNP-BC,PMHNP-BC
Shaina Neely is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained to provide a wide range of mental health services to patients and families in a variety of settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in 2008, a Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2013, and a Post-Master's Certificate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Midwestern State University in 2017.
She is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association and the Panhandle Nurse Practitioner Association and is certifying to become a First Responder Counselor.
Shaina enjoys spending time with her family, attending church at Hillside Christian, and watching her kids' soccer and volleyball games. Her passion is to increase access to quality mental healthcare for individuals in the Texas Panhandle.

Callie Land
MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Callie is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that offers psychiatric care across the lifespan. Callie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from West Texas A&M University. She then completed a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College and became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a rural healthcare setting for the past 7 years. Callie completed her Post Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2022.
Callie enjoys cooking and chasing her kids in their track and field adventures. Her goal is to improve the mental health of the individuals and their families in the Texas Panhandle.

Jennifer Moore
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Jennifer Moore is a highly experienced nurse practitioner and educator, specializing in mental health. She received her Associate of Arts Degree in Sociology from Frank Phillips College in 2001, followed by her Certification in Licensed Vocational Nursing in 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and a Master of Science in Comprehensive Nursing in 2013, both from West Texas A&M University. Jennifer furthered her education with 18 hours of post-Master’s education in 2014-2016 while in the PhD program in Nursing at The University of Texas at Tyler. In 2023, she completed her post-Master's Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from West Texas A&M University.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking with her Golden Retrievers, fly fishing for trout in Colorado, and exploring her culinary skills through cooking and grilling. She also finds joy in gardening, reading, and getting away to Santa Fe as much as possible. Spending time with her family, teaching, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs are among her greatest passions.
