Shaina Neely is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained to provide a wide range of mental health services to patients and families in a variety of settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in 2008, a Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2013, and a Post-Master's Certificate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Midwestern State University in 2017.
She is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association and the Panhandle Nurse Practitioner Association and is certifying to become a First Responder Counselor.
Shaina enjoys spending time with her family, attending church at Hillside Christian, and watching her kids' soccer and volleyball games. Her passion is to increase access to quality mental healthcare for individuals in the Texas Panhandle.
Addison Weaver, BS
Addison Weaver is a Behavior Health Manager and the first point of contact for patients at the clinic. She completes initial patient assessments, partakes in patient follow-ups as needed, and coordinates patient care. Addison also serves as Clinic Coordinator.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is certifying to become a First Responder Counselor Associate. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, pickleball, baking, and listening to crime podcasts. Always willing to learn, she is extremely passionate about what she does and has a strong work ethic. Addison also has a very supportive family that she loves spending her time with, and a spoiled toy poodle named Finn.
